Beer Photography Workshop: How to Shoot a Glass of Beer<\/h1>\n

This is a product photography tutorial for Pro Club Interactive Education Program<\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Beer photography is a great topic for any studio photographer, and this time we\u2019ll be learning how to work with a glass of a beer. In this assignment we\u2019ll find out how to style a shot, how to make a good looking (and bright) foam\u00a0(this is one of most common mistakes I see on beer shots \u2013 a\u00a0foam is too dark<\/strong>), and will learn the lighting.<\/p>\n

The tutorial for this assignment was split for 2\u00a0parts:\u00a0preparation, where I talk about making a beer and a nice and permanent foam, and a second part, where I was explaining\u00a0and doing the shooting part.<\/p>\n

An integral part of product photography, especially small products such as jewelry, is using the right prop. The right prop not only enhances the shot but also adds that little bit of magic which brings the whole shot together. Yes, of course, the product is the focus of the image, but the props assume a place of importance too in the whole scheme of things.<\/p>\n
