In-studio performance\" href=\"http:\/\/www.photigy.com\/leica-x1-vs-fuji-x100-the-final-round-in-studio-performance\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color: #cc0000;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">second in studio<\/a>), and found that both were not able to focus fast enough to be called a &#8220;daily point and shoot camera of the Koloskov family&#8221; \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This time I was mainly interested to check out the first <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhphotovideo.com\/c\/product\/883304-REG\/Canon_6609b033_EOS_M_Digital_Camera_with.html?BI=5495&amp;KBID=6292\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color: #cc0000;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Canon mirrorless camera, EOS M<\/a>. The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhphotovideo.com\/c\/product\/646908-REG\/Canon_3814B004_EOS_7D_SLR_Digital.html?BI=5495&amp;KBID=6292\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color: #cc0000;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Canon 7D<\/a> was selected as a top model crop sensor Canon DSLR, we were thinking of getting it as a secondary camera before looking at the mirrorless guys.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>I have already posted an <\/strong> <a title=\"Canon EOS M Ongoing Review: First Impressions and Sample Photos\" href=\"http:\/\/www.photigy.com\/canon-eos-m-ongoing-review-first-impressions-and-sample-photos\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color: #cc0000;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">On-Going Review of Canon M<\/a>, check it out to see more sample shots. No additional sharpening or WB\u00a0adjustments were made.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>So, let&#8217;s see what we got here. I shot still life subjects with Einstein Studio strobes set on color mode with a\u00a0manual\u00a0exposure of 1\/200 and F11 on both cameras. They match in image quality, but not in ease of controls and operations, especially in focusing performance.<br \/>\n<strong>The Canon M<\/strong> has serious problems with its focusing system, and I can only hope that Canon will address them soon.
