      Hi Michael,

First of all, all the assignments can be done with speedlights. When I started many years ago I took about 7 youngno speedlights, some cheap neewer stands, and some adaptors for the speadlight to Elinchrom mount as I had some Elinchrom diffusers. Now this setup will not take you very far and you need to have an excellent understanding of how the lighting behaves in order to overcome the limitation of this setup. Actually making money from product photography you will need better gear than the one I described for learning.

      Now, answering point by point:
      1. For the heads, I believe the 60SL is a led continuous light and I wouldn’t recommend you to start with continuous lights. Have you checked the price of the Godox ad200 heads? they are quite good and fairly powerful.
      2. Softbox seems ok, beside the strips your will need some more rectangular ones like 60X60 cm, or 90X60.
      3. light stands sound about ok
      4. flag frames and sizes seem ok
      5. background seems ok
      6. for clamps and other things, try to work something out from artists stores, or something like construction hardware store: you might find some clamps there.

Hope the above helps, otherwise please feel free to let me know.

      Stay safe!
      Andrei

      Hi Andrei,

      Thank you for your answer.

I looked for t he Godox AD200, is it this one ?

      It’s arround 380USD/unit
If there is one model less than 200USD/unit I think than I can buy 3 but more is a litle bit difficult… :/

For the clamp I found it, thank you. But not the plate standing. Is there an other name for it ?

      Best Regards,
      Michel

      Hi Michael,

      Sorry for late reply.

I think that is the godox you are looking for. For the plate I have no other idea.

Have you looked for gear in Thailand ? Price might be lower and if you are ok to travel by plane should not be very expensive to fly in and out.

      Stay safe!
      Andrei
