Camera Raw Converter Issue

Hi,

I’m trying to install a camera raw converter from Adobe and I’m having problems – its not properly installing. I’ll explain – part of installing is converting an image by selecting a folder from which Adobe should pull an image to convert, for some reason the converter is not pulling the CR2 images from the folder I selected.

Any ideas? any solution?
Am I doing something wrong?

I’ll appreciate any input or comments.

Can you share the name of the Raw Convertor and the camera model you are using?

That is strange, your camera should be supported.

Please send me a raw file using [email protected] or use a download link here, or upload the file here and I will look into it tomorrow on my computer.
