Capture One or Lightroom

    Hi,

    Do you use Capture One or Lightroom?

    I am thinking of buying Capture One but not sure if I am doing the right thing when I already have Lightroom.

      I use Adobe Photography and Premium Pro. Once you learn one system it makes it easy, and I am happy with it. You can try Capture One 30 days for free, but you need to learn a new system. I have thought of doing that just to see the difference.

      If you are looking for live video on your big screen than only capture one offers that for now, lightroom doesn’t have that feature, if you are using some other software for that than lightroom is good enough.

      I use a Nikon 7200 camera and asked them how to use the computer monitor for live view, is it possible? Here is their response:

      To use a monitor as a display for live view, you must turn HDMI device control off. This is noted at the page below.
