Hi, I’m trying to download the splashes retouching files. After about 20 mb the download stops,claims to have lost server connection. It won’t restart with a note that I don’t have permission to… No idea what it is trying to tell me. Laptop is set to not go to sleep. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Having the same problem trying to download to iMac. Error message is “you don’t have permission to acc…” I’m assuming it means access something to restart the download.
Hope this is simple to solve.

ps Merton, the chat problem was the fullscreen mode was hiding the chat associated with the live channel. Glad I figured that out.
