and I was wondering what the producer might have used to hold the ring vertical without having it showing on the video.
I tried using a “play-doh” type but it does show, and if i try a smaller size the ring would fall off

Hi Ruben,
there might be different solutions, but here is my take on this when I’ve tried glue gun. Was not easy, but on 4th attempt I was good:

Thank you Alex!! just curiosity, I assume the glue will be easy to remove from the ring right?

Thanks for this Alex. I have not tried the glue gun yet but have one. The dental wax seems to not be strong enough in certain situations, especially if there is a narrow shank. I have Scotch Clear Mounting Squares also, with some success. Just cut a small piece to fit with a razor blade.
