I have watched the video so many times, and printed up the supply list. I am visual, but there is so many parts not listed, and I really could use a step by step instructions on building it. so If any one has built it and could help me would me great

Agree, more information on the dimensions of the wood, and other fixtures used to build the rig would be very helpful. Would appreciate a full itemised list of all parts as a solid starting point for our own builds. Thank you.
