Morten EriksenParticipantHey 😀 It looks like the image size of the final outcome is to large for upload. Could you please decrease the size and reupload?

Alain SaintpoParticipantWorkshop #48 – Making an Advertising Photo of a Laptop
Canon 5D Mark III – EF24-105mm f4 L IS USM
Focal length – 50 mm
1/200 sec f/13
4 speedlights
– 1 x for background lighting
– 1 x left with honeycomb grid and diffuser
– 2 x right with honeycomb grid and diffuserDespite dust cleaning before shooting there was still a lot of ‘dust’ as it is an old PC. So quite a lot of post-production for cleaning.
Photo used for the screen effect is from: Simon Zhu on Unsplash

50mmHow to deal with the flare: should it be pulled down to the very bottom or left as is? I did not correct to the end. Since it is not symmetrical with the right side. Would love to hear opinions.

Penny PayneParticipantHi Alex,
Hope you are well and thank you for the critique.
This is for Workshop 11, Making Simple Things Look Beautiful
I have just bought a new c-stand with boom arm to hold a big diffuser – but for this assignment I didn’t have that and I have used smaller pieces of Translum in front of the jewellery.
For the next assignment I will at last have a big diffusion panel!
Thanks for your feedback,
Pen 🙂
