Replicating this shoot through bottle effect

Hi,

In this example I’ve attached, Is there anything special happening to give this image reflection such pronounced refections? They don’t seem to feather off. They are essentially sharp outlines of the product. I am really struggling to achieve this. I thought it may be focused light with a fresnel modifier but I still cant seem to nail it.

Thoughts?

Looks like sunlight to me, a very bright point light source, very far away.
