Legal question about the portfolio

Hello,

I am new in product photography and now I am building a portfolio.

Can you please advise me if I can include in the portfolio photos of products without some legal document about it.
Is there a possibility someone to sue me because I used their products?

I am based in Bulgaria, eastern Europe.
