Lighting for Ring Laid Flat

How would you go about setting lighting and diffusion for a ring laid flat, like the attached image?

Hello Teddy,
for this placement, I’d use a large diffuser on top with the hole for the lens on one side. It will cover the top area, as well as the camera.
