Hi all, I’m a software developer from New York working on a small project.
Basically, I’ve been capturing 360 videos of diamonds and jewelry for a while now using a modified lightbox.
Here is one of my diamond rotations:

https://diamondviewer.io/media/jewelry/view.php?jewelid=PNK208For diamonds, I’m looking to achieve this result:
https://segoma.com/v.aspx?type=view&id=QSLFKK7PSL
https://segoma.com/v.aspx?type=view&id=N76WC3KSLLI am using a Canon 80/90D with a 100MM macro lens.
I am considering Sony A7 but would like recommendations/help if possible choosing.
So essentially I’m looking for the right setups in terms of:
* Camera
* Turntable
* Light sources (type, model, position)
* Environment (backgrounds)
* Reflectors (if applicable, for capturing the scintillation of the diamond)
* Software (Capable of controlling the turntable, editing, and slicing into image frames)
