Problem with activation of 'click' button – course not available.

I signed up as a new account holder. A video stated that, as a ‘thank you’ I get offered a course for $9.95 instead of $95. Two ‘links’ appear: One, stating “Claim this offer” and the other stating “Thank you, not interested”. When I click the “Claim this offer” button, it comes up with a statement saying “Invalid Operation”. It leaves only the option to say “No thank you, not interested. This feels rather ironic. Is this a technical problem or is the course not available?
It also does not mention which course, leaving the viewer wondering what is on offer. It might be good to include some idea of what the course on offer entails.

Also, I did try to live-chat as you can see from the screen shot but there was no answer.
