    Hello, the best photigy team!
I am finishing certification program and have some questions about portfolio.
    1) I live in Switzerland and my lawyer told me that I cant post photos in my portfolio which contain brand name.
He argues that using photos in a portfolio can be equated with commercial use and receive a fine from the manufacturer. But he cannot provide me with the text of the bill. Can you tell me if a portfolio is a commercial item? What kind of photos can I use for a Portfolio and what is prohibited?. Are there any world laws that regulate the field of photography and what can you advice to read on this topic?
    2) I decided to create my portfolio on portfolio.adobe could you tell me what size of photos should I use in my portfolio, small one or in their normal format? I know that in social network I should use the small format and what about other places where I want to place my portfolio. Is it safe to post normal size photos in terms that they can be stolen and use without my permission

And two more questions on other theme.
    1) I started to watch last part of the certification program “Starting photography business”, how many lessons are in it? Will new lessons open after posting and accepting portfolio, or there is the only one lesson? I am asking this question because I am thinking of buying your course about running photography business. Do I need it, or I will receive enough information on the certification program?
    2) I remember that for getting certificate I need to finish the whole program during 1 year. My year expires next week. The question is, if by next week all the assignments are completed, but have not yet been verified, will I receive my certificate or am I late? Actually I have submitted all assignments and I need only make a portfolio for review
