Hi, I’m new to the courses and have 400w Godox strodes and Godox 200ADPros. Would I best getting the heavy weight or mid weight with lights of this power.

  Hi David, I have a couple ad200’s and use the heavy weight all the time. Works perfect 🙂
  So if you have the option, go for heavy weight. 🙂
