Hi guys, but can someone explain to me why I see some photographers who put their heads in front of the subject to see the light that illuminates it, but shouldn’t this be done by placing their head in front of the lens? What are the advantages of this method? I tried to look at the light from the position of the subject but honestly I didn’t understand anything. Thanks to those who will answer me for removing these doubts
