Hi guys 🙂
I am learning jewelry photography to help my wife, who is a beader, set up an online store.
I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-G7 camera with two kit zoom lenses. However, it doesn’t support tethering.
The camera offers some alternatives to tethering (an iOS app, a wi-fi access point) but they are pretty crappy.
Since I don’t have a macro lens yet, my question is:
Should I purchase a macro lens for my camera ($400) or bite the bullet and purchase a system that does tethering, like a Sony a6300?
Any feedback will be most appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
